There has been some groundbreaking research in the last few years on nutrition in breast cancer survivors. You need to know this stuff.
You can reduce your risk of recurrence by what and how you eat. I explain all of that in the program, and you get recommendations tailored to your individual needs.
On top of all that you will get a personalized nutrition plan based on your health needs.
We are going to get past any concerns that you might have about starting and maintaining a reasonable exercise program. Again, we have research in breast cancer survivors that tells us exactly where you need to start to decrease your risk of recurrence by up to 50%.
And for those of you who already exercise, I have a plan for adding some strength training to what you are already doing. It’s not complicated and there is no gym involved.
You will be surprised at how easy it is to just add some simple activities to your life and dramatically reduce your risk of recurrence.
Most of you do not yet know that adding just a few moments of a relaxation practice to your day can change your life.
In as little as ten minutes a day, you can make your brain work better, you can sleep better, and you can handle the stresses of everyday life better.
I will teach you several simple techniques, and you can apply the ones that work best for you. You will get audio downloads of the meditations so that you can use them when and where you want.
And this will help you get rid of a lot of the fear and anxiety that comes with being a breast cancer survivor.
